Since WotLK Classic is pretty different than the original, and the direction Dragonflight has been heading lorewise.. does anyone else here think that Blizzard will finish the Classic series with Wrath, and maybe having the end of it somehow tie into our ending of Dragonflight with some kind of completely different outcome in regards to preventing Cataclysm?. With all the alternate timeline nonsense going on right now in Dragonflight, I've been getting an increasingly growing sense of everything just completely resetting due to some kind of unavoidable event wiping out our Azeroth.. and that Classic is supposed to feel different because it's probably the only alternate universe much similar to ours..I don't know. Maybe I'm going a little crazy with all the time travel and alternate universes and alternate timelines and alternate characters doing alternate things in alternate places..Ugh. Someone help me. Some older players here maybe remember the Theurgist Class back in Daoc.It was an elemental caster who could summon little Pets that attacked all by themself. Besides that the Theurg could help his group with a strong pulsing-absorb-shield, running speed, enhancing weapon dmg and attack-speed and if specced into some good st dmg and CC.The Theurg could spec into 3 Lines. Eart, Wind and Water.Each of these Elements had 1 Pet (the duration was not very long, maybe 10-15 Seconds) and they attacked the enemy you fokussed. The earth pet was a melee pet, the wind and ice pets were casting magic spells, while the wind pet stunned the enemy, while the ice pet was snaring.Ofc for a modern MMO the spells and abilities need to be updated! I could think about 2 dmg specs and 1 support spec. Maybe give the Theurg baseline running speed to be more mobile and the supporter a supporting pet and a good absorb shield and buffing spells and the dps specs the strong attack pets e.g.But i rly like the ide

TLDR: Can I use cheetah form in zones where flying is allowed (old world)? if so, how?So I started a druid a while back with the intent to keep it at 59 and do all the old content at current level (mostly quests and stuff) in hopes of doing loremaster over a long period of time. Was going fine until the newer change to how riding is learned. I had been running around in just my cheetah form just cause I liked it and was enjoying taking it slow, but now that i auto-learned flying I seem to be unable to get into cheetah form in any zones where flying is allowed. Again, super niche, but was wondering if there was any way to do what I'm trying to do?I remember that glyph that turned your stag into a separate form and was mountable by others, but I can't find the glyph anymore and I feel like I remember not being able to change the appearance of that new stag form.Sorry for the wall of text but if anyone has any advice LMK! This is not meant to be an actual suggestion, just a fun thought experiment.So, Blizzard comes out and says they will be making a new system for Cross classing, Where you can choose 2 classes, and it will mix into an entirely new spec for you to play as, What combos do you think would create a fun spec to play? After having thought about it myself, I think a few of my favorite combos would have to be warrior/demon hunter, Paladin/rogue, and Rogue/hunter. I can imagine a warrior and DH mix would be a demon hunter wielding a big 2 handed weapon, dashing around, sending out fel flame blade beams from their weapon. Paladin and rogue would use the light to disorient and bare down on their enemies with a quicker fighting style then Ret, burst of light being one of the many way they do so. And finally, i just want to see rogue and hunter mix because then we could see a faster paced, gunslinger-esque spec dual wielding hand crossbows and pistols, something similar to Lord Godfrey in SFK.What

Resto druid main here. Played season 1 as resto but want to play another class for season 2. I usually play holy pally as my alt and I heard they are really good this patch. Fun effective cooldowns now and better sustain. I like insta casts and that's why I lean towards pally. Priest on the other hand are also big aoe healers which is why I like druid. They seem to have a lot of buttons and suffer more in M+. I would only be heroic raiding but what do you guys like during season 2 between these 2 classes? It’s been countless expansions and there have been major graphical updates. But yet when I cast my spells my staff is still chilling on my back. Why? Why can’t we have cool casting animations with our staffs or one handed swords? As a Mage casting abilities I should be using my staff as a catalyst to conjure fire or ice. My priest and warlock should be the same. Imagine casting a chaos bolt with your staff. I know it’s a minor thing but it’s been more than 15 years and we still can’t “cast” our abilities with our staffs yet. It shouldn’t be too hard for blizzard to implement this. I just did LFR today, a ring and wrist items dropped, both of which i rolled need for, but both dropped twice and i wasn't able to roll on the second one at all when other raid members could. I had lower item level than both items equipped. I only saw 4 items instead of 5 in the roll window, the 5th item (the duplicates) i couldn't roll for for no apparent reason. Well, it finally happened. My decision got made for me, and it was abrupt. I think every one of us who will level with ourselves and be realistic and honest knows that this game is an addiction. Greetings, an almost 10 year druid only player here.I'm a very casual player who mainly focuses on completing lore-quests (well, its quality is another subject), at best, NM raids and not high-lvl keys. As a druid, it's a very great experience, because I have great sustain and self-heal, which helps me a lot in solo-content.However, last few months I was thinking on making another character, namely, a mage (I always liked the concept of mages, especially in Azeroth). Unfortunatelly, whenever I try to level it and complete actual-content quests I face some difficulties: having no self-heal makes my questing quite miserable, since I have to regenerate after every fight, if I manage to beat 2 at best 3 mobs (with full cast) to begin with. I know, this will be solved once I get good items, but prior to that it really feels painful.Share your experience, how do you cope with that? Maybe any piece of advice? P.S. I really like the concept of the arcane spec, but it's even worse

Wouldn’t new content for Classic be more inviting to old and new players rather than a re-release of Cataclysm? And wouldn’t this new content be likely more enjoyable over an extended period of time?I don’t understand how Blizzard could come to the conclusion that continuing classic past the original trilogy would be a wise move in the long term. And if Cata Classic is coming, then where does the classic progression end? With the average wow-fan having much less time to play than they did in the past, wouldn’t just slowly releasing bits of new content for all levels 1-60 be advantageous to the lifespan of Classic Era & HC?I don’t see HC lasting much longer than 8-16 months without new content, especially new mid-game content.And I don’t see new players coming to Cata.And I don’t see old players enjoying Cata, MoP, and BFA again for very long.

This same faction hunter kept trying to kill me by pulling mobs and feigning death. Eventually I tried casting inferno on him and breaking the bond, but it came right for me. Will it always come for me first? I ended up just running away until it deagro'd, but when I went back it wasn't there. Will it disappear if I leave the area?
