Classic New to Dragonflight and I was looking to play some alts when I'm not doing stuff on my main. What are some things that I absolutely MUST do to get caught up asap?

I have only been playing Dragonflight for 4-5 days now and I have gotten caught up on the campaign on my main but I'm certain that there are some helpful things I have missed.I am also interested in the new professions.
