We have been making steady progress (only 3 hours of attempts so far).We got him down to 25%, and I'd appreciate any review/feedback you can provide for us. I think we are close, but need to tighten up on dying to mechanics + maybe we are also not utilizing cooldowns the best we can? Hi GamersI don't post on this subreddit much, but I feel like shedding some light on a bug that has been affecting me!Since Legion Alpha there has been an issue with Vengeance Demon Hunters that makes it so periodically when entering/exiting your demon form you lose a ton of animations! More specifically, anything that is "casted". Instead of playing the proper animations, your character will just stand completely still and do nothing! Additionally you will also lose your demon voice, and it will just revert to a normal nightelf/bloodelf voice.This includes but is not limited to:Any Hearthstones/Hearthstone toysAny toys in generalAll profession animations (Skinning, Mining, Herbing, etc)The Hunt DH abilityAny mounts (Animations included -- Dragonflight mounts or regular mounts)Any casted trinkets (Think Manic grieftorch, Al'gethar puzzle box, etc)There is no way of fixing it without logging out and back in!I know most people probably do not play Vengeance demon hunte

Just got my Shaman to level 80, he was my main during classic & tbc. Might do quick p1 raids when I'm bored or need a change of pace. So is the raid resto life in Wrath basically the same as it was in tbc & classic?Currently a sin rogue main

https://ift.tt/9ebJsrW buddy has searched the internet far and wide to fix his stuttering issue and has had no luck.Specs-RTX 3070Ryzen 590032gb of RamHe sent his card back and got a new one but it didn't fix the issue. The linked video is an example of the issue with no addons on. The computer was just reformatted to hopefully fix the issue but as shown, it still persists. He has tried new and old Graphics/ chipset drivers. No discord, Nvidia or Windows overlays are enabled. He has tried V-sync on and off and it's still the same.Does anyone have an idea what this could be? I am out of suggestions for him to try. The stuttering is only experienced in 25 man Ulduar and Dalaran. There are a lot of complaints on the forums about the same issue but there are no posted fixes to date.

I'm resubbing to WoW since Pandaria in a few days, will play Classic WotLK since I never had the chance to play back in the day, and I'm playing with trial for a while just to pass time. But when I hit the Resubscribe Now button at character selection screen, it says I can just get time for a bit over 200k gold.Wich leaves the question: is it possible to farm that amount of gold with trial characters? Aparently theres no gold cap (have a character with over 200 gold just by selling trash and quests).What would be the best way to do so, if possible? I removed a lot of addons and made a lot of changes, so I can't go back.But I used to be able to spot someone on a mount, click them, mouseover their mount icon, and I would see who it drops from, or which achievement it's from, or which promotion it's from.Does anyone know what addon does/did this? I have been playing healer since WOTLK so I have seen many changes and introductions to new mechanics over the years, but something specifically gets under my skin.Playing healer on explosive weeks is a pain by itself, but being called a bad healer and getting kicked because you let someone die once during a big pull is really upsetting. This is especially true when most DPS don't know what healers need to deal with. It's not as simple as just keeping everyone alive. A lot of decision-making and cooldown management goes into it. We also need to DPS, dodge mechanics, dispell, purge (for shammys), and read where everyone is currently standing and where they are moving to in order to heal through their mistakes. Now, adding explosives to the mix and it becomes a shitshow pretty quickly, especially in large pulls.​I think it is time that healers go on strike and refuse to do "healer" mechanics like explosives, and have the DPS deal with that stress for once. See the title.As a tank I am flabbergasted week after week how folks 2600+ IO still eat mechanics on this boss so, so frequently.Is there something I’m missing as a tank that’s making it exceptionally hard for DPS to dodge this stuff?I consider it an anomaly if my entire group ever survives this fight. Puddles everywhere, people eating beams and splashes is the status quo.Perhaps tanking it is substantially easier than DPSing it, which is fine - I won’t argue if that’s the case. But why not just focus less on pumping and more on dodging stuff? It seems like every group I’m in, over half my group is dead with the boss’s HP above 75%.Can anyone else relate? Because everyone was different. I know, I know. In theory, Cata made everything more interesting, added new places in each location, the quests were much more nuanced, and cool things were happening.But ironically I feel like in Cata every Kalimdor/EK zone is the exact same, including the plots of the quests. Everything is damaged, gotta help the survivors with materials, look, there's crazed elementals in that place with the visible cataclysm impact, oh no, the horde/alliance war has progressed, oh look, it's that place where actually benefitted from cataclysm, oh who would have thought the Twilight Hammer is involved, here's a comedic relief Goblin quest with popculture reference for you.That's cool, but it's every. Single. Zone. No exceptions they follow the same pattern. Meanwhile, each classic zone ( up to WotLK included) tells a different story, with different plot and theme. Every zone questline is a different genre of storytelling.Thoughts..?

I'm basically seething at how trapweaving has played out. I was up to the challenge initially but I'm so damn inconsistent with making it work properly. Numerous encounters where I've had to stare at the trap just behind the bosses foot and not engage, or losing dps because I take too long to auto shot after runnning in. I've been running sims and its showing up as only a 700 dps increase when done optimally at my 230 ilvl(I'll never do it optimally). I'm much better at ranged only rotation(mages and locks don't know this plight). My guild is taking Algalon prog seriously, I may be getting benched if I don't show out this week. How bad is black arrow? I'm concerned for the lack of lock and load procs, but it may also end up being more dps for me because I won't be losing any auto shots etc.

I just got a 1 week suspension from the game for buying 75k gold. Today, I ask to join a 10m Ulduar group for all hard modes + Algalon. I’ve tanked Algalon before at 4800 GS. I’m now 4960 GS/233 ilvl. I have Algalon kills logged. I also have a 4900 GS dps set with 90+ parses on all fights. The group leader decides to go with a paladin tank. I’m curious so I look up the Paladin’s logs. He hasn’t even downed all the hard modes and has no Algalon kills. The group leader tells me he’s seen a warrior get slapped by Algalon before. The paladin wasn’t a friend’s alt or anything.Are Paladins such superior tanks that they can just ignore any type knowledge on fights and be better than a geared and proven warrior?

I have been pumping blizzards tires for months now and talking about how much fun and amazing dragonflight has been but over the last few months it’s like we are slow creeping back to shadowlands days. Community feedback seemed a strong point but I just feel like they are missing the mark now.None of what they announced sounds like anything the players were having a hard time with. Im a decently geared prot paladin for the raids im able to get in, which is only 10 man ulduar. There isnt any room in my guilds 25 man for any more tanks, and im looking at other guild advertisements and there isnt any room for them either it seems. How exactly am I supposed to find a spot as a tank if there isnt any room for tanks in any raids?

I’ve just unlocked the horrific visions for the first time and am looking to get the “We have the technology” achievement, so that I can eventually get the Black Dragonscale Backpack, but currently my corruption goes down very quickly even with the cloak equipped. I can get in and easily complete the main objective, but that only awarded a little over 100 mementos, and it looks like I’ll need around 69,600 for the achievement, and another 5,000 for the backpack.As a fresh player (but in Dragonflight M+ gear) what’s the best way to get started into this? Should I look for a group, if any still exist? Should I just focus on getting Coalescing Visions and going in for 100 mementos at a time, and pray that it snowballs?I read on this wowhead guide that a full clear with 5 masks awards about 5k mementos. So, my friend recently has started playing WoW with me because he wanted to try it out, so he got a trial. We just finished our leveling zone (no exiles reach because its boring) and it seems like he is starting to be on board with the game. But, it's a first time for me to do leveling with someone else. After getting into m+ and reaching 3k io on my enh shaman, I have decided to level my veng dh and push keys. There are definitely toxic players around 3k but they are few and far between.This week I tried to push my first 24 key but died a few times and because of this we fell short. No one was toxic about it, 1 of my teammates even said good try and we all start somewhere.After running keys from 10-16 the attitude from 1k-2.4k io players is awful. People are blaming everyone else for their own shortcomings, talking smack about my routes even though these are routes I've seen in high keys that work. Also been scolded over small mistakes. Also gotten declined to many keys even though I've completed a higher version of the key on my alt because my overall io is low since i have no tyr keys yet (which usually doesn't happen to me on my shammy).Safe to say this experience has made me want to go back to my shammy since I have a lot more 10-18 keys to practice before getting int
