Is there any way of knowing when you are able to transfer to certain servers?

As the title says, is there?Made my first boosted char on mograin as an alliance not knowing i was on the wrong server (should have made on pyrewood where my friend is gaming lol but didnt check) and cant transfer. So now im stuck as ally on morgrain which is pain lol
