Dumb question, but how do I get into PUGS/other guild raids as a tank?

Im a decently geared prot paladin for the raids im able to get in, which is only 10 man ulduar. There isnt any room in my guilds 25 man for any more tanks, and im looking at other guild advertisements and there isnt any room for them either it seems. How exactly am I supposed to find a spot as a tank if there isnt any room for tanks in any raids?
