Somewhere along the line Blizz decided making it proc off crit made more sense (right around when they locked frost to dual wield, understandable balance adjustment).As it stands, 2h frost will never (maybe late 9.3) be competitive dps because it requires high levels of three secondary Stats in order to function properly. You need mastery to deal more (adequate) frost damage, haste for resource generation, and crit to proc KM which is the hallmark of the 2H Frost playstyle.Making KM proc off of white swings, while still proccing frost damage as it does now will allow 2h frost DK’s to prioritize haste/mastery as secondaries rather than mastery/crit/haste and allow them to enjoy the “machine gun” style game play that was lost when they removed 2h frost initially.Tl:dr: make KM proc of white swings like used to. Hi all,This is a math problem I need help with.I have 4407 Arena points as of the final week of arenas.The cap is 5000 arena points.I own 0 pieces of gladiator gear. I want to buy 4 pieces of Gladiator gear at reduced prices (which begin next Tuesday); pants, chest, gloves, shoulders.The total cost is 5100 arena points.I usually earn more than 600 points. In order to receive all my intended points (above 5000), I must purchase something now. But I must also still have enough points to buy the remaining reduced cost pieces. Which is mathematically impossible, I think?For example, if today I purchase Glad gloves at 1125, it reduces my total points to 3282. However, to purchase the remaining reduced cost Chest, Pants and Shoulders I'd need 4200 points. And I won't earn 1000 points in this final week.Am I doomed to be 100 arena points shy of getting 4 pieces due to the 5000 point cap and 5100 point requirement?

Please fix.

Swtor let’s you go much further with their F2P, I think almost max level. Would it help WoW with all the recent turmoil and controversy, would it help revive interest and bring a lot of people back? I recently started a new character after maining one character for 13 years.I played the character about 4 weeks ago. I put everyone on my ignore list who is either offering boosting services or insulting others. My ignore list was already maxed after NOT EVEN 2 weeks.​Because of recommendations, i installed the addon "BadBoy" so some specific messages wont even show up in my chat. Welp, doesnt work. Still getting insulted in many different ways in mythic plus and it is impossible to block all of them.​So, in conclusion... Why on earth do we still only have a maximum amount of 50 players on ignore list and why is it also not on your whole account? That's stupid and annoying as fuck and probably one of the reasons why this game is toxic. Hey guys, in the first week of 9.1 I changed from night fae to kyrian and now I want to swap back but as I talked with the fae guy at oribos he gave me the Prove Your Worth quest and now it appears that I need to wait for the next weekly reset to finally swap back to the night fae. I've seen some numbers thrown around by different sources, and have gotten confused about how much resistance I need for fights.I thought 375 was the neccesary amount, but that might be the cumulative total after raid buffs. What should I be shooting for unbuffed?Bear tank, and I only need nature and arcane resistance

On retail, I am able to somehow have it so on a PVE Server, Friendly Players don't show nameplates but attackable (Hostile) Players do. This makes it nice to be able to see a flagged player and also to not have hundreds of health bars running around when I'm in town.I can't seem to reproduce this behavior on TBC Classic, it seems Hostile and Friendly Enemy Players are grouped into the same as Hostile NPCs and can't be separate.Any chance someone has had success? I've tried filters, messing with the config for an hour or so and can't seem to dial it in how I have it on retail.

This was a lot more common before, but people used to do "movies" about games, mixing gameplay with the in game cinematics to create some kind of logical story that you would not get only with the videos. Preface:LFR, Normal and Heroic difficulties all have 50% or less hp than the mythic encounters, not to mention fewer mechanics. They are all easy to solo, even on undergeared characters. Mythic however scales to 20 players instead of 10, and had the added difficulty modifiers on the content. I’ve seen a lot of different screen shots on here over the past few weeks about the gear being discounted 55%, and now 20% and comments about rating requirements being lifted. I figured I would check for myself, and currently on the PTR it is a 20% discount, but helm, chest and legs now require 1850 rating from season 1.I’m not sure how the PTR works fully, so is the patch as it is now what would launch live?

So apparently this system is meant to keep your win/loss rate @ 50% which it does.... kind ofBut how are you meant to climb when you get on a 3-5 game win streak and the system decides to put you up against teams that are 3-400 rating higher than you, until your on a 5 game loosing streak.I don't mind it when the teams are 100 rating above that's fine but when you get chucked into an arena and get stomped by a team who is literally 300+ rating higher than you is just absurd and that just happens over and over until you've spent 3 hours in Arena with literally no gains since MMR just decides that 50% win rate is more important that appropriate matching team ratings.

I got to level 110 or 115, so with shadowland squish my DH is lvl 50, druid monk lock and sham all are 45, and rogue mage hunt are 40.. what are some major changes I can expect , coming from legion?
