How much resistance is needed for ssc/ to fit tanks?

I've seen some numbers thrown around by different sources, and have gotten confused about how much resistance I need for fights.I thought 375 was the neccesary amount, but that might be the cumulative total after raid buffs. What should I be shooting for unbuffed?Bear tank, and I only need nature and arcane resistance
