TSM broken for everyone after patch?


TSM gives its error screen immediately on logging in, then you are unable to open professions or the AH with it on.I have the most recent version from last week.

Thorim 25man HM help

So my guild is trying to progress on thorim 25 man hard mode. I am one of the tanks, and i just keep dying. As soon as thorim is at 5 or so stacks he basically oneshots me. At what point should we be popping defensive cds? After we taunt?, before we taunt? Any tips from tanks who have cleared it would be appreciated.
