Classic Looking for Ability

I was farming for the little fox race and there was another Havoc DH who was making mobs bigger, it seemed to make them slightly stronger but SEVERELY increased their drop amounts. What in WoW can do that? It may have just been quest item drop amounts, idk if there's an ability or a trinket to do that with... via /r/wow https://ift.tt/LDCbTIR
