Are character transfers still free on thekal?


I dont want to buy a subscription just to check for myself so if someone could check for me that would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this doesnt fit here. Thanks in advance

Thorim 25man HM help

So my guild is trying to progress on thorim 25 man hard mode. I am one of the tanks, and i just keep dying. As soon as thorim is at 5 or so stacks he basically oneshots me. At what point should we be popping defensive cds? After we taunt?, before we taunt? Any tips from tanks who have cleared it would be appreciated.
