Classic Contacting a GM in game?

Is it getting harder and harder to get a hold of GM's in game? The ticket system used to be easy to request to talk to a GM and now it's just a bunch of automated questions. I remember when I could contact a GM about a person cheating and I would get a person on the other end. I'm simply trying to report a very active bot.
