Classic Random Teleports? I got ported to the Crucible of Storms raid, while doing the world boss Warbringer Yenajz. I didn't accept a summon, and it ported me to an empty instance.

Thorim 25man HM help

So my guild is trying to progress on thorim 25 man hard mode. I am one of the tanks, and i just keep dying. As soon as thorim is at 5 or so stacks he basically oneshots me. At what point should we be popping defensive cds? After we taunt?, before we taunt? Any tips from tanks who have cleared it would be appreciated.
