Classic Lost skill points in tailoring.

This morning I did my normal post reset quests, some of which are the profession quests for Dragon Isles Tailoring Knowledge. Beforehand I did an order for an Undulating Spore Cloak with Spark of Dreams which I can do this at level 5 with no problems. I can do all the Vibrant Set all the PvP sets at level 5, whether they need embellishments, or Dreaming Crests I could make level 5 all to ilvl486 with no issues. But come to make a cloak for an alt and I find now I cannot make anything like that. I appear to have lost 100 or so skill points. Is it a bug and I should have never been able to or is it some bug which has reduced my skill? All I did since this morning and now was put some skill points in Chronocloth and level an alt.
