Classic Bad luck?

So I've been trying to complete Murozond's Rise since I want some equipment from it, I've completed the key on +15 with a guildmate on some other people but since then every group I join doesn't know the mechanics and ruin the run, is it bad luck or I shouldn't expect people at that key level to know the mechanics? via /r/wow https://ift.tt/on4hmwW
