Classic Tip: The upgrade Crest system for the current season can be used to collect transmogs across raid difficulties

Basically any piece you get from LFR, you can upgrade to Normal base and get the Normal appearance. Any upgrade from Normal, you can get to Heroic base and get the Heroic appearance. And so on from Heroic to Mythic.DifficultyItem Level Rangesto above diffLFR441 to 450N - 454Normal454 to 463H - 467Heroic467 to 476M - 480MythicThis works for:Tier SetsAny raid gear drops with a mog on itSo: Keep any piece you might not be wearing around - and check if you can upgrade it later for the upper difficulty appearanceYou can keep extra pieces to use with Catalyst charges later in the season to get that difficulty's tier appearance, and then upgrade that gear to the above difficulty to get another oneThis is great later in the season when you have all the gear you need, all the Crests you need, all the flightstones and all the Catalyst chargesAs a Mythic raider I ironically find it harder to get Normal appearances as opposed to Mythic ones since at some point everyone in the raid team has all the gear they need, vs doing a Normal pug run where you have to roll against people who need the gear. (at least for LFR to Normal gear, a lot of open world drops can be converted into LFR and Normal tier)And kind of a shame that the upgrade system for the current Season goes defunct in anticipation of the new Season. Would be real useful to collect mogs with later expacs.
