Classic Is it still possible to get the PVP DK Elite plate? whats the fastest way to do it (that is not buying a boost)?

Basically the title: I'm was never much of a PvPer (I actively avoid it actually), but I really want the DK plate as a mog. What is the fastest way to gear up and get the necessary points to get it?
