Classic Solo RBG queue

Just saw a Wowhead article that made me realize they were introducing a new solo rated RBG queue next patch. Does anyone know, from Blizz posts or the PTR, if that specific queue works for :- Unlocking the "10 rated BG wins" artifact recolor of the mage tower;- Unlocking the old vanilla pvp sets for reaching 2k ratingI'm very curious about this since I've always been interested in those rewards but never enough to delve into rated battlegrounds.
