help a pvp Andy prepare for ICC

hey folks, As the title implies, I’ve basically only done PvP in wrath so far. However, I really want to raid ICC with my friends. How do I most effectively make that transition? I have full pvp gear right now obviously. Should I spam heroics? Try to run ulduar or toc? I’m very lost, lol
