Hardcore server suggested change to rapid respawns

One of the worst /cheapest ways to die in hardcore is when the spawning algorithm suddenly goes berserk and you die to mobs you literally just killed. Suggestion: tweak this so the mob spawns, especially in caves, isn’t so ridiculously unforgiving.
