Classic Switching to Horde for questing

My favorite part of wow is questing and sticking to one character. I don’t have many alts and like to stick to my warrior. I completed loremaster on my alliance warrior and now I wanted to also do the horde quests. My question is if I faction change my warrior complete all quests and then switch back will everything still be completed?
