Classic Random targeting/un-targeting

As the title suggests, when running or jumping around it keeps happening for not even a second. Googling comes up with nothing other than this thread posted 2 days ago explaining the exact same.Anyone else having this and found a way to stop it? via /r/wow https://ift.tt/bILBZUY
