Classic Game download is stuck on initializing

i've decided to give wow a shot again after not playing for like a yeari went up to download the gameand it stuck on initializing, occasionally moves a bit but barely, the download just d o e s n t starti looked at google for similar posts, every post said to end tasks for discord, steam etcci went a step further and ended vanguard and gamepass tasks as well​i ended the update agent task in the task manager as well and reopened it as an admin,N O T H I N G works the game just refuses to start downloading, and im losing hope (which sucks cuz i paid for a 3 month subscription) via /r/wow https://ift.tt/DnmYk6A
