Classic just xferred servers - how do I update my character's info on raider io site? getting an error

I xferred servers a couple hours ago and am trying to sort out my raider io on the website because it's messed up in game. I'm trying to do the 'character data transfer' on the io site, but I keep getting this error:" Error: Not enough data exists for this character to perform a transfer yet. Re-scan this character and continue to wait.
