Classic How does a DF boosted char get access to BFA's opposing faction zone?

Idk what the fuck im doing, I can't find any exact research on this, and I"m frustrated as fuck about it lol. I've done a handful of the starter Boralus campaign quests, but still no access to the boat, idk how far I gotta go.I just want my Alliance to have access to the Temple of Seth for some transmog, how the fuck do I unlock the boat. via /r/wow https://ift.tt/Mh937dP
