Has blizzard announced when the ICC patch is coming?


So i want to get back into the game during the ICC patch since that is when i got into it when i was younger, but i cant seem to find out any dates for patch releases online.

Thorim 25man HM help

So my guild is trying to progress on thorim 25 man hard mode. I am one of the tanks, and i just keep dying. As soon as thorim is at 5 or so stacks he basically oneshots me. At what point should we be popping defensive cds? After we taunt?, before we taunt? Any tips from tanks who have cleared it would be appreciated.
