GM HR Wep for a guild run because he felt he put in most of the work and deserved it.

Our system is SR->MS->OS. He HR'd a wep from KT because he said he deserved it for the effort he put him making the raid group etc. It caused a little controversy in our guild(Some of the raiders didn't like it). I want your opinions on the matter.
