Game Performance Issue

I've all but given up on trying to get this game to run at 144 fps; PC has a watercooled 5600X, 3060TI FTW, 32GB Ram, and the game is on an M.2 drive. Why am I struggling to maintain 100 fps literally just sitting idle in Shatt? I can provide whatever info I need to
