TBC Classic Mage Talents

I'm following Zygor and I like to utilize their talent advisor menu but I'm a bit confused on the talents I should be choosing as a frost mage solo leveling. I've always thought it best to get frostbite and ice barrier at the very least for all builds. But if the included builds above look correct please let me know!
