Join now or wait until Wrath?

I have been recently wanting to play wow again so I figured classic would probably be fun, but recently I've been talking with a couple friends and one of them talks about how boosting is very prevalent and classic content(pre tbc) is pretty well dead.I enjoy leveling and the game in general but is finding anyone for dungeons here and there for lower stuff going to be nearly impossible?I dont see the fun in paying someone gold to run through a dungeon time and time again to level, and I'm not willing to spend $80+ canadian for a boost and time to play. Would waiting for wrath be better or will I still find fun in the game being semi-alone?
