How are you guys tracking your Guild/Raid comp for Wrath?

My guild's leadership is struggling to track all the class/spec swaps accross our guild, going into wotlk. We've tried using a raid sign-up in discord and a strawpoll, but we're looking for something a bit easier to manage/track. The ultimate goal is to make sure we're staying balanced on classes and specs to help with effective raid comps come wrath.Anyone care to share thoughts/ideas on how to track this?
