Classic Help with Swift Flight Form on druid

I have the 310 flying unlocked, but my druid's flight form is still the 150%. How do i unlock the faster flight speed? Everything i find on google is just that it should be at the druid trainer or it will unlock naturally when you buy the riding skill, but mine did not.Thank you in advance! via /r/wow https://ift.tt/BGxEjC1
