Fishing Extravaganza on a dead server

In short, is this possible to do? Just came back to my 65 lock after a very long time and one of the biggest realms is now a ghost town lol. 33 people on right now.I have a free transfer to Grobb which is sweet, but until then id like to know if this if possible. Thanks for reading.
