Demonology Warlock: Should Demonic Pact be changed or will min-maxing meta be "AFK-weaving" your pet?

Greetings gamers and minmaxers,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VoQCw9Gcl8In the video I talk about how demonology warlock is essentially forced (in pure min-max setting) into sacrificing personal stats/dps in order to secure a bigger spellpower raid buff. It also currently works this same way on Classic beta. These things include losing important stats, swapping professions, and promoting (what many would consider) an incredibly un-fun way of constantly micro-managing your pet afk for 50%+ of the fight just to make certain that your raid is benefiting from the maximum amount of spellpower possible. One thing to note is that this was changed when cataclysm was released. The way it works in cata is that ele shaman, demonology warlock, and a few other classes all bring a flat 10% spellpower to the raid.If you don't know how the demonic pact works, I explain it in depth at the beginning of the video and show how your gearing changes as well as many demonstrations of obtaining the maximum spellpower raid buff.Should this be changed to how it works in cataclysm? Do we want to promote toxic gameplay like requiring 1 demonology warlock in your raid and requiring him to afk-weave in order to minmax?Let me know what you think.
