Classic Sylvanas's punishment is a cruel joke

The poor trapped souls in the maw having to wait to be rescued by one elf because it's a punishment for her while a possibly infinite amount of kyrian do nothing.The kyrians could all swoop in, rescue 10 souls each, and be done before dinner but the victims of the jailer must wait because Tyrande has deemed it Sylvanas's penance and burden to bear.I hope we get some clarification that Sylvanas is not doing this alone because the above is insanely cruel to all the innocent lives lost and for no leader to bring this up especially Tyrande would show they are not fit to rule over a people.Imagine an arsonist burning down your house and a judge ruling they they must rebuild it themselves brick by brick no matter how long it takes them.
