Classic Level Scaling Gone?

Hi everyone!So, I’ve decided to finally jump into WoW. I figured I’d level a character and if I like the game enough, I’d purchase the expansion. But I ran into an issue.Last week I was able to level in any location and it seemed like the enemies would scale to my level which made every encounter fun, in my opinion.
