Classic Why can't I play on the Russian servers?

I play on EU English and recently I started learning Russian online and wanted to make an alt on a Russian server so I can interact with the language more and get better at it. But when I click on a Russian realm I get a pop-up saying "You are trying to play on a realm with a different language.", I click "Okay" and it just won't let me in.
