Classic Why can't Goliath of Mythic Sylvanas remake fury stacks by taunt?

We tried to make DH taunt Goliath for Protection warrior, but the debuff of fury has never been properly remade stacks.But on the other side, Brewmaster and Arms warrior, they can remake Fury normally through taunt every time.​I checked WCL, Arms Warrior and Havoc DH both got the threat of Goliath through taunt, and neither received dmg from Goliath.But Arms Warrior can always remake fury stacks successfully, but DH fails every time.Does anyone know the reason? via /r/wow https://ift.tt/3Ebvuer
