EU ping spikes more frequent at night? [mirage-raceway]

Hi,Last few nights i've noticed i get way more ping spikes/lag in the late evening/night.Today i've played the whole day without a single issue up until like 23:00 cest.After that it's quite frequent pingspikes that i can't explain.No packetloss to my router, traceroutes look fairly normal so i suspect it's something out of my control. I suspect either blizzard or my ISP/some other service provider.Anyone else been noticing this?I play mirage raceway, mainly happens at like 23:00-03:00.
