TF in the beta?

Lots of back and forth about will TF be decent in TBC/will it be trash on the reddit, yet I havent actually seen much discussion about how its actually performing on the PTR. Anyone load a character with one up? If so, is it nerfed? And if so, is it still a good AoE threat weapon?
