Classic Could use some help with add-ons

Just trying to get some very basic stuff to work. Adding add-ons with Curseforge app on my PC. Currently using Anybags and Omnibars, which both are registered as on in addon menu, but neither works. My Addon tab looks like this, which meens there's nothing to configure...
