Classic Quests not appearing

So I’ve been doing the bfa quests in kul tiras to unlock the allied races and I’ve lost track of the quest line that I was on and have no idea where to go. On my map I have exclamation points for the quests but when I arrive there, there is no quest. I’ve also noticed that npc’s don’t have an exclamation point on their head anymore and I have to right click everyone one of them to see if there is a quest.
