Classic Arathi Highlands is not a Warzone and the rates aren’t there.

I’m trying to farm the rare mounts in Arathi Highlands. However the zone is still in the old timeline and there are no rares there. I spoke to the lady and made sure I was in the “present” time zone. I made this mage a month ago and did the time walking campaign to level 50 so I haven’t completed any BFA content. I think this may be the reason the zone isn’t updated for me, but I can’t figure out how to start the BFA campaign now that I’m level 60.
