Classic 20Ms with high input lag?

I've just been encountering an issue where my ping is steady around 19-22 both home and world, but I have a lot of input lag. It takes about 4-5 seconds for any action to happen and I'm confused as to why, could it be the number of addons I am running? My current addon memory for wow is roughly about 47.66-49.57 MB.
