Classic Help needed - Alliance

My fiancé and I are new to the game. I played Vanilla through Wrath. Shadowlands is her first experience.We’d like to unlock Void Elves and Kul Tiran but have no clue where to begin. Most of the guides are pre SL or assume you played BFA so we keep hitting walls.We have a 60 each and are geared, just want someone to help shepherd us through the unlocks.
