Classic Can someone please explain to me how the halls of valor are not part of the shadowlands?

"The Halls of Valor (or the Hall of Valor[1] and sometimes referred to by the vrykul as Valhalas[2] or Valhallas)[3][4] are said to be located high up in the clouds above Stormheim,[5][6] however, they are also mentioned to be above Helya's realm of Helheim.[7] This is where the greatest warriors of the vrykul are called to serve Keeper Odyn as their eternal reward for being the worthiest."Ok so the halls of valor is an eternal reward for being the worthiest... Warriors got to go there during legion, they could literally jump up there.... Bastion makes sense for priests paladins and those of sound heart. But not all warriors fit squarely into bastion. If you're an orc warrior that is a killing machine obviously not bastion material.... You'd go to Maldraxxas?
