Classic Best way to find a guild

Was in a guild until recently, joined with a friend who has just started and was looking to raid, they had some mythic dungeon event on which i was not singed up for they claimed they were a casual guild so was good for my friend to learn, however i got kicked from it when i declined an invite to an event i was not signed up for, so i am just curious were would be the best place to look for a guild, we found this one in game just after patch when chat was fine but now its just all WTS so any help would be lovely :) via /r/wow https://ift.tt/2Vl4l3Y
