Classic 2 tank strat: Sheepdog and Shepherd

To clarify I'm going to raid for the first time ever when Shadowlands drops along with my guild. This is a strategy I came up with for raids and I wanted to know how it could be modified/improved on. Or if it's basically something people already use and I'm effectively reinventing the wheel. So how the strategy works: You use a high aggro tank (such as a brewmaster monk) that acts as a bulwark 'sheepdog' to hold the general attention of adds, taking the brunt of the load. The 'shepherd' tank corrals and controls the adds the 'sheepdog' pulls, focusing on keeping them around the 'sheepdog' and managing their load, while also pulling adds aside so the DPS can quickly decimate them one by one.The big advantage to this strat are to allow you to split responsibilities between the tanks, allowing one to act as the center of attention while the other manages control of the groups. This might also be a mildly useful strat for teaching new tanks how to do their job in raids and possibly other players as well, since their will be a high level of control used to maintain the strategy. This kinda leads to the weaknesses as it forces one tank in particular to take the brunt of the force and keep hold of it, using high threat generation to keep mobs focused on them. As a result much of the healing force for the raid would be concentrated on that particular tank so they don't self destruct under the sheer amount of damage, which is why I suggested a brewmaster to play sheepdog since they specialize in high threat generation (being a leather tank) and have strong survivability with the tradeoff of less crowd control. This means that you end up in a potentially fragile situation as, if either tank goes down, it's likely to kill the entire raid in moments. If the shepherd goes down it IS possible that combined heals with the right mix in DPS could possibly maintain the situation but it's not likely.Obviously this wouldn't be effective for raid bosses but bosses kinda have their own rules. This is meant to be for dealing with the in between areas to allow the raid a way of dealing with all the adds they'd encounter in an efficient manner.Update: Based on current responses this is an inane tactic that should not be used. Which is the information I was after though not quite in the form I expected.I'm not familiar with raids or how you are meant to deal with them, so thank you for your time.
