You don't need to have lower ranks of a spell learned in order to use a spell book
Confirmed to work with a book of Deadly Poison Rank 5, and I don't see why it wouldn't work with other spells as well.
Is Blessing of Salvation the best raid spell in the game, minus Taunt?
Obviously Taunt is #1 and damage/healing spells are essential, but let's say you're only removing one spell from a raid environment besides Taunt (ie removing Flash of Light vs. Salvation). If you were to remove a single heal or damage ability, all other classes still have heals and damage.So is Blessing of Salvation the best overall raid spell?
