Classic Will whispering a bot then right-click > report for cheating be as effecting as actually targetting them in game and reporting?

So as the title says really, there's a whole bunch of level 104 demon hunter bots on my server, I play usually at 2am server time and they're always online. I've been whispering them then right-clicking and reporting for cheating but it doesn't seem to help.
