Classic What’s the state of Shadowlands I haven’t been paying much attention to it?

I’ve been away from the game for awhile because BFA just didn’t satisfy me anymore. I was thinking about coming back for Shadowlands but it seems that from what I’ve seen on YouTube/Twitch that’s it’s gonna launch in a broken state similar to BFA and be a complete and total disaster. If that’s the case I’m probably not going to get it.One day this game has to improve right?.......right?
